I am an inner wilderness guide, gentle shadowdiver, and explorer of unknowns.

During unsteady times, we can become consumed and overwhelmed by our own pain and suffering. We may hide from the world and even from ourselves. The idea of being seen may evoke shame, fear, and anxiety that can keep us stuck. In our work together, we will practice navigating the crashing waves of life, diving below what seems to be true, and connecting with something larger than ourselves.

I am a curious companion and traveler of paradox.

I will accompany you as we explore what it means to be imperfectly perfect—human, whole, and enough.

Some parts of my identity include queer, non-binary, white-bodied, neurodivergent, artist, and musician. My inner experience of labels is that they can be a bit silly, for they cannot capture the fullness and complexity of who we are as human beings. At the same time, my outwardly lived relationship to these identities support me in moving through the world with greater clarity, humility, authenticity, and a deeper sense of belonging. Together, let’s discover the many parts of you and embrace your uniqueness within an ever-diverse and interconnected web.

Health Insurance

I do not accept health insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
